Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Lower 48 States:
    • Orders under $75: Flat rate shipping of $6.99
    • Orders of $75 or more: Free standard shipping

Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
